Building on the success from last years’ Business Expo, the City of Union Community Development Department and the Union Area Chamber of Commerce are hard at work to make 2010’s Business Expo an even bigger and better event.  The City of Union Business Expo 2010 is scheduled for October 14, 2010, 3 pm – 7 pm at Municipal Auditorium (City Hall.)

Last years event attracted numerous Union businesses and hundreds of citizens were exposed to what Union businesses have to offer.  At the event, food, door prizes and “Shop Union, MO First” reusable shopping bags were given away...FREE.     

Though plans for 2010 are still being laid, the Community Development Department and Union Area Chamber of Commerce are considering a bounce house for kids, live entertainment, more booth space and even MORE giveaways.  Due to lack of indoor space, the closure of Locust Street in front of Municipal Auditorium (City Hall) is also being considered with food booths outside opening up more exhibition space indoors.

Only those businesses with a valid City of Union Business License are allowed to display.
