 Notice is hereby given to all interested persons that the City of Union has prepared permit application for Individual Small MS4 General Permit and Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Stormwater Management Plan for Permit MO4040112 for Calendar years 2021 through 2026.  The draft permit and stormwater management plan will be available for public inspection and copying at the office of the City Clerk at Union City Hall, 10 E. Locust Street, Union, Missouri as well as the City of Union website https://www.unionmissouri.org from July 21 through August 24, 2021

Notice is hereby given to all interested persons that City of Union will hold a public information meeting on August 24, 2021 at Union City Hall located at 10 East Locust Street, Union, Missouri from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.  Handicap access is available.  Information concerning Individual Small MS4 General Permit and Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Stormwater Management Plan for Permit MO4040112 for Calendar years 2021 through 2026 will be provided and described in detail.
