Auditorium and Meeting Room Reservation

In order to reserve the Memorial Auditorium or a Meeting Room, use the links below or visit the Union Parks & Recreation Department (UPRD) Office, located on the main level of City Memorial Auditorium at 500 East Locust Street, email Angie Breeden at abreeden@unionmissouri.org or call 636-583-8471. Do not assume if a facility is not marked rented that it is available. Staff update at the end of the week, therefore please call to make sure the desired pavilion is available.

All individuals wanting to rent the Memorial Auditorium or a Meeting Room, must fill out Online Union Parks & Recreation Auditorium and Meeting Room Reservation Request Form.

  • The facility rental fee must be paid in full within 10 business days of invoice date.  If the full rental fee is not paid within 10 business day of the invoice date, then the reservation will be voided. Checks should be made payable to the City of Union.  The office is open Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (except holidays).
  • Any rental outside of normal business hours will require a $500.00 Security Deposit.
  • The key for the auditorium/meeting rooms may be picked up the day prior to the rental date. The key must be returned to City Hall before noon on the first regular business day following the rental.   If the key is lost the party renting the facility will be responsible for the cost of the new lock(s) and key(s).  Keep the contract with you as proof of the rental.  All doors and windows should be closed and locked before leaving the facility.  If the buildings’ windows and/or doors are not secured before leaving the facility, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposit will be processed within 14 days of keys returned.
  • The Renter agrees to pay total amount of said deposit.  Reservation is not confirmed until deposit is paid.  If the Renter cancels this reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the reservation date, the deposit shall be refunded in full.  If the Renter cancels this reservation less than sixty (60) days prior to the reserved date for reasons other than situations beyond the control of the City of Union, the deposit shall be forfeited.

  • 400 people capacity
  • Keys just be picked up prior to 4:30 on the day of the rental.  If the rental is on Saturday or Sunday, keys must be picked up prior to 4:30 the Friday before the rental
  • Two keg beer cooler
  • Stand up freezer
  • Trash cans with can liners are provided
  • All trash and decorations must be cleaned up and placed into trash cans (unless you have opted for the cleaning service).

  • Package #1 for open space or athletic practice only.  Additional Add-ons 1 – 3 available. Tables and chairs are not included. 
  • Package #2 and #3 includes Chairs and Rectangle Tables. Additional Add-ons 1- 5 available.
  • $500.00 Security Deposit required on all rentals.

Renter is responsible for setting up tables and chairs.  Removing tables and chairs is included in price.  Park Staff will set up and remove basketball goals, volleyball nets and pickleball nets.

Room Rentals
