The new 12,000 square foot city hall is located at 10 E. Locust Street where the old Fricks Market once stood. The City broke ground in October 2019 and the new city hall opened on August 27, 2020, finishing ahead of schedule and under budget.
City Hall houses Administration offices, Utility Billing, Municipal Court, Community Development and Building/Engineering. There is also a beautiful modern Board Room that is also used for Municipal Court.
The Parks Department remains at the Union Memorial Auditorium, however have moved to the main level to better serve their customers. The Parks Department is looking forward to offering more programs utilizing the historic auditorium.
