Boil Order Lifted Friday, February 19 at 3:00pm.

Boil Order Update Thursday, February 18th
The pump that went down has been pulled, crews are working on the repair. Once we can get it up and running, we will take a water sample for testing. We expect the sample to be taken today. The goal is to have the results back and the order lifted by the weekend.

A Code Red call will be placed when the order is lifted and information updated on our website and Facebook page. This is a good time to verify your information on Code Red is up to date. To do so, simply visit https://public.coderedweb.com/CNE/en-US/275B46C8ACB0
The water is considered safe for bathing and washing your hands. If you have any questions please call City Hall at 636-583-3600.

The order will remain in effect until we can get the pump restored to service. While the order is advisory, it may take several days to get service restored and the samples tested.

On Sunday morning, February 14th  the City had a pump at one of our wells go down. To sustain service, the City activated another pump. While there was no loss in pressure or service, the City has issued a boil order for the effected area. All residents East of Highway 47 are advised to boil the water before consumption. Additional information will be posted as it becomes available.
