The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for Franklin County.  This includes the Bourbeuse River. 

River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 24 hours.  

The National Weather Service will monitor this developing situation and issue follow up statements as conditions change.   You can view the latest information on the Bourbeuse River levels at

As of 8:30am on May 6th, 2022, forecasts show the Bourbeuse River is expected to reach 23.7 ft on Saturday before receding.    At this level, East Main Street may be affected according to the Flood Impact statements found at weather.gov.


PRECAUTIONARY / PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS ...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.  Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
